Spinning

A tough cardio workout on our spinning bikes. Bring water bottle & towel. Class size limited - first come first served.

Zumba

Moves combining amazing, irresistible Latin and international music with dynamic, yet simple exercise moves. Great workout, great fun!

An empowering cardio workout. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by mixed martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai. During this ultimate warrior workout, you'll strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness.

Les Mills CXWORX

Hones in on the torso and sling muscles that connect your upper body to your tummy and butt, while also improving functional strength and assisting in injury prevention. It will help you run faster … play harder … stand stronger!

The Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Les Mills GRIT (Strength, Plyo & Cardio)

A 30 minute High - IntensityInterval Training workout, designed to improve strength and build lean muscle (Strength), help you perform like an athlete (Plyo), and increase speed and maximizes calorie burn (Cardio)!

We now allow 10 - 12 year olds to attend zumba, water aerobics, cxworx, early aerobics and pilates with a parent. Children are expected to take the class seriously and obey all rules. Each person will be required to purchase a fit card.
