Tumbling is great for those youth who want to improve strength, endurance and flexibility. All tumbling is floor (mat) work.

Tumbling is held in our Spirit Room. We offer classes for ages 18 months thru advanced. . Each session is 7 weeks long and you can sign up for once or twice a week for beginner, intermediate or advanced. See the Y Program Brochure for sign up dates for sessions.

Parent/tot - (18 mo. - 3 yrs) Mon. 5:45 - 6:15 p.m.

Early Beginner - (3 yrs. - coaches discretion) Wed. 5:45 - 6:15 p.m.

Beginner - Mon. &/or Wed. 6:15 - 7:00 p.m.

Intermediate - Mon. &/or Wed. 7:00 - 8:00 p.m.

Advanced - Mon. &/or Wed. 7:00 - 8:00 p.m.

First Class

  • Free Parent/Child swim lessons
  • Free Parent/Child tumbling
  • Free Child YMCA Membership

Program is for 6-mo. infants up to three-year olds (program ends on child’s 3rd birthday). First Class provides three free 7-week sessions of Parent/child swim lessons and tumbling. For more information on First Class call the Y.
