Les Mills BODYPUMP

Les Mills RPM

A group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. With great music pumping and the group spinning as one, your instructor takes you on low-impact journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. Bring a water bottle & towel. (Video Sample)

 

Barre

Barre is a ballet inspired style of training that works to shape and tone your whole body. Tone, shape and condition your body with an elegant workout that targets the legs, glutes and core muscles. Feel a beautiful burn and a sense of grace as you escape the everyday. Ballet dancers are amongst the world's strongest athletes.

 

Stretch and Strengthen

This class integrates yoga, stretching, ab work, and some light weight work for an effective and fun workout that conditions your whole body.

 

Bliss Yoga

This class is geared towards participants who wish to move at a slower pace. We will focus on yoga postures and breathing with emphasis on relaxation, breath control and concentration. You will see an increase in strength, flexibility and the ability to relax. This class will improve the circulation in the body and will also include range of motion exercises.

 

Gentle Flow

This class incorporates stretching, static poses, and slow, gentle sequences. Perfect for beginners to pros. Come unwind with us!
