This class integrates yoga, stretching, ab work, and some light weight work for an effective and fun workout that conditions your whole body.
In this class, participants will use a BOSU Balance Trainer to do a variety of exercises that will strengthen their bodies and improve their balance. Perfect for participants of all ages!
This class is geared towards participants who wish to move at a slower pace. We will focus on yoga postures and breathing with emphasis on relaxation, breath control and concentration. You will see an increase in strength, flexibility and the ability to relax. This class will improve the circulation in the body and will also include range of motion exercises.
