- Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Microsoft office experience (preferred)
- Customer service experience (1 year or more)
- Responsibilities
- To teach and model the four values of our YMCA - Caring, Honesty, Respect and Responsibility
- Become an expert on the YMCA and its programs so that accurate and up-to-date information is given on programs, fees, and fee structure
- Basic website editing
- Membership retention program and marketing duties (would include Monitor info, texting service, etc.)
- Assist Directors with creating flyers/making copies, etc.
- Maintaining a positive and organized work environment contributing to a friendly and inviting atmosphere both emotionally and physically
- Become CPR/1st Aid qualified
- Be observant & able to multitask
- Good Telephone skills is a must
- Accountable for accurate cash outs
- Must have great communication skills (written and verbal)
- Greet members and guests as they come through our building
- Giving tours of our building
- Light Filing
- Hours
- Part Time - 32-35 hours per week
